I have always been interested in biology and the latest technology. I realised this passion by choosing a field of work that matches – endodontics. I use a modern Zeiss microscope at work and analyse the results by evaluating the highest quality digital X-ray images. The greatest joy is to see a miracle in simple things, as well as continuous improvement.
Biography
1989–2001 Zenuris Gymnasium in Prienai. 1997–2001 Birstonas City School of Art, art class. 2001–2006 Kaunas University of Medicine, professional qualification of a dentist. 2006–2013 Dental Implantation Centre. 2008–2010 Mykolas Romeris University. Master’s degree in administration of health care institutions. Since 2014 resident doctor at the Clinic of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences. 2014 – 2017 Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, endodontics residency. Since 2015 V. Tamošiūnas and J. Jakutienė dental clinic “Amicus Denti”.

Endodontics
Our clinic strives for the complete prevention of the formation of dental diseases, therefore we encourage patients to visit as soon as the disease or inflammation begins to progress. In order to prevent endodontic diseases, we use magnifying lenses and microscopes in the clinic. With their help we prevent the development of more acute dental and gum diseases. This application of the technological solution significantly increases the chances of successful endodontic treatment.
